My stay at Costa Sur Resort & Spa was quite enjoyable, with stunning ocean views and consistently good food. I particularly appreciated the excellent service from staff like Raul and Claudia, who made me feel right at home. However, my room felt a bit dated, lacking sufficient outlets for my electronics and some comfort in the bedding. Overall, it was a peaceful experience, despite a few drawbacks.

Being right on the beach was fantastic. The setting was peaceful, away from the busyness of downtown Puerto Vallarta. I enjoyed the close proximity to other beautiful beaches as well.

My stay at Costa Sur Resort & Spa was overall very enjoyable, with a perfect location right on the beach and wonderful lagoon for snorkeling. though I felt the rooms could use a refresh. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. but some service hiccups occurred in the restaurant.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Costa Sur Resort & Spa. The staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate me, but the food left much to be desired, and the outdated room in the South Tower was disappointing. However, after switching to a room in the North Tower, the experience improved significantly. While the location was reasonably secluded, noise from the nearby highway was a hassle at times.
